Leonardo da Vinci conceptualised everything from the human body to engines of war. A man of amazing artistic skill and technical ingenuity he pioneered the use of this early photographic technique to capture a projected image.

The camera obscura means literally dark room. The ancestor of photographic cameras, the camera obscura projected an image upside down onto a flat surface.

This Camera Obscura Kit contains everything to need to build one for yourself using glue and laser-cut MDF.
